Hi! This is a great feature, but I'm hoping to use Timetonote as a helpdesk for our small organization, and from what I can tell, adding an image is only an option in the notes function, not the task function. Am I missing something? Or is adding an image an option in tasks in the future?

Hi, I am currently evaluating TTN and I love its simplicity. However, I am wondering if there is any feature that allows me to run reports. Say if I want to report on projects, which are open, closed, or run reports based on "contacts", etc. Can this be done with TTN?. Please advise.

The address was split because most users have their contact addresses as state, city, state, zip and country (probably because other apps use this format for addresses) and it is easier to import the contacts this way and to work with them.

Even better, I use Things and iCal. Integration of projects and tasks there would be excellent.

That means Timetonote did not found a contact in your Timetonote account with that email address(i.e. TO and FROM email fields) in Timetonote.

You should add the contact for which you're viewing the email in Timetonote and then you'll be able to see the contact page in the gadget. For example, if you're viewing an email from Bob you should have a contact with the same email address in Timetonote: bob@gmail.com.

The ability to add a contact in Timetonote from the gadget will be added soon.

That is correct. This is because of the 1MB request limit on AppEngine. However, AppEngine is on a path to remove these limits, and I believe this limit will be soon removed as well, enabling Timetonote to accept larger attachments.
You can use note attachments until then, which accept larger files.
